Natives
These are the Pokemon that have pretty much lived here and built this island to what it is. Now like Human beings most of the Pokemon species can do simple tasks around the day, however some Pokemon might have to do things a little diffrently (like if you were an Arbok you would have to do things diffrently). Also these Pokemon don't exactly have a clue about Mewtwo's clones just yet so they will think that they are just some new folk from the 'Other Lands' or something. As well these Pokemon try to not to get into many fights, but if you do it will usually end up hitting each other since they don't use their attacks unless they really need to. Also, your character doesn't NEED to wear clothing, but at least make them have an accessory on them (like bracelets or earrings).
Clones
These characters are a little more diffrent then the Natives on the island. Like what the Plot said these clones are almost perfect, meaning that some things are a little bit more diffrent than other Pokemon. The clones have facial deformaties that are easy to distinguish out (Like diffrent-coloured eyes, fur patterns and other stuff) But none of them have limb or body deformaties. (For example an eight-armed Metagross or an armless Machamp). Now these Pokemon were pretty much made for one thing, and that is to find Mewtwo (He goes by Master Mewtwo with them) find the Meteor and pretty much nothing else, which means they won't exactly know a lot about the ways the Natives would live, however, if they can manage to get a Native to actually help them with their knowledge then they might possibly find a better way on how to receive the Meteor with no problems. Also the clones all have experimental numbers to stand out as who they really are (For example: Hera AKA No. 1652).
Mixed
What I mean by Mixed is that the Pokemon's parents are a Clone and a Native, meaning they range around the middle between the two, But some of them may not never know that they are part-clone until someone may accidentally spill the beans or if the Clone parent tells them the truth and knows never to tell anyone about it. So the Mixed Pokemon may either become a helper for Mewtwo and help retreive the Meteorite or they could just be average citizens and live an almost normal life.
